    Standard Rates

    $165 Per Session is our standard billing rate for in-person (face to face) counseling sessions with PhD counselor.

    $65 Per session for residents, interns, and coaches. (No discounts permitted for this service).

    $35 Group Counseling (No discounts permitted on group fees).

    EMDR sessions are in-person only, and have a surcharge of $15 added to your session fee regardless of any discounts to cover added prep and documentation time for the practice.  

    Discount Programs (must qualify)

    $25 Tele-health Discount applied for all online appointments other than groups.

    Christian Faith-based Counseling $42.50 Write-off Per Session (Faith-based declaration required)

    Active and Retired Military $40 Write-off  Per Session (Active Military and their spouses, & retired Military persons)

    Insurance Match Program $125 Copay Per Session

    Sliding Scale* $65-$100 Per Session (Limits apply)

    Community Benevolence & Crisis Counseling $45-65 (Limits apply)

    Note: Discounts may not be combined, other than the Tele-health discount. Some discounts require specific documentation or proof of eligibility.


    While we do not bill insurance companies for payment, we will provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if approved. There is no guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you, this is beyond our control.

    To make your session as affordable as possible, we will do our best to match your out of pocket requirement under your insurance within our min range. Generally, your match will be a combination of your Specialist provider office visit copay, plus up to 1/26th of your annual deductible, for a base co-pay for each office visit, no less than $125 per session.

    (Typical insurance programs in our area through the Healthcare Marketplace have out of pocket costs of $95-$175 per visit.) Our insurance matching program will set your rate based on your insurance out of pocket costs between $125 to $165 per session regardless of how high your deductible might be.


    We accept  all major credit cards and most HSA / FSA cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly through your client portal or by auto-pay on the day of your session. The first consultation is free. All subsequent sessions are due in full at the time of services, to be automatically charged to your payment method at check-in.

    *Sliding Scale / Community Benevolence & Crisis Counseling

    Sliding scale and Community Benevolence & Crisis Counseling rates are available to income limited clients with verification of need and family size. This program is budget limited and must be applied for. Number and frequency of sessions will be limited based on availability of company funding and provider participation. Clients approved for sliding scale will be seen by tele-health. Failure to provide timely cancellation, and/or repeated cancellation will result if removal from the sliding scale program.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full approved cost of the session.
