Standard Rates

$185 Per Session is our standard billing rate beginning January 1, 2025. Discounts are available for faith-based clients, military clients, Legacy Advantage and Legacy Plus subscription Members, and Telehealth Clients. Please see the table below for the new rates for 2025.

Insurance Matching

Insurance Matching ________________________________________ $125-165 per Session

While we do not bill insurance companies for payment, we will provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if approved. There is no guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you, this is beyond our control.

To make your session as affordable as possible, we will do our best to match your out of pocket requirement under your insurance plan’s Out of Network (OON) guidelines, within our min range. Generally, your matched rate will be a combination of your Specialist provider office visit copay, plus up to 1/26th of your annual deductible, or your co-insurance percentage, for a base out of pocket OON rate for each office visit, with a minimum of $125 per session.

(Typical insurance programs in our area through the Healthcare Marketplace have out of pocket costs of $126-$175 per visit.) Our insurance matching program will set your rate based on your insurance out of pocket costs between $125 to $165 per session regardless of how high your deductible or co-insurance might be.

Payment

We accept  all major credit cards and most HSA / FSA cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly through your client portal or by auto-pay on the day of your session. The first consultation is free. All subsequent sessions are due in full at the time of services, to be automatically charged to your payment method at check-in.

*Sliding Scale / Community Benevolence & Crisis Counseling

Sliding scale and Community Benevolence & Crisis Counseling rates are available to income limited clients with verification of income, financial need and family size. Because we are not a non-profit organization, this benevolence is voluntary and is budget limited and must be applied for, and is restricted to funds and availability or the provider(s). Number and frequency of sessions will be limited based on availability of company funding and provider participation. Clients approved for sliding scale will be seen by telehealth. Failure to provide timely cancellation, and/or repeated cancellation will result if removal from the sliding scale program.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full approved cost of the session.
